Refunds
A. All Coast Skips will allow a full refund:
- should our Driver fail to deliver the skip bin on the day promised and we were unable to make suitable arrangements for an alternative time;
- should our website contain incorrect information on pricing, dimensions or capacity.
B. We reserve the right to issue a part refund only:
- should your premises be unsuitable for landing a skip bin and we made an attempt to deliver it, in this case an 80% refund is offered;
- should you advise that you have permission from Council or Body Corporate to drop a bin, and turn out not to. In this case we offer an 80% refund if delivery was not completed, or a 50% refund if we have to come back and collect the bin;
- should you change your mind for any reason after the bin has been dropped a 50% refund will be offered after successful collection of the bin.
C. No refund will be issued:
- for the unused portion of the bin;
- for bins that were requested to be collected empty in (B) above but which are full when we collect them, even if the rubbish is not yours.
Deliveries
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
We will deliver your skip bin on the day you nominated on the order form, or we will contact you and offer an alternative date or a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have access to the site sufficient to drop the skip bin in a safe manner. Please review our Bin Placement Guide.
